Susan McBride

Susan joined the Cedar Foundation in January 2022 as Registered Manager within Living Options services and has been Head of Service from April 2025.

Susan holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Northern Ireland) (Adult Residential Management) & Post Graduate Diploma in Health & Social Care Management.

Susan has worked in both the statutory, voluntary health and social care sectors for over twenty years, in a range of settings for adults with learning disability, mental health and complex needs.

Responsibility for Living Options Services including:
