Anne Woods joined Cedar as a Job Support Worker in 2001 and has progressed through a number of roles before taking up her current role as Co-Head of Organisational Development in September 2017.  In her current role she leads on Cedar’s Quality Management Systems and Communications, including supporting the organisation to go through it’s Investors in People assessment in June 2018 when Platinum status was achieved.

Anne holds a BA in European Business Studies and a MSc in Rehabilitation Studies.  She has also completed NVQ Level 5 in Management and QCF Level 5 in Management of Health and Social Care.

Anne represents Cedar on the board of the Confederation of Community Groups in the Newry area.  Outside of work Anne is the Registered Provider for Arbour House, a regulated voluntary project providing respite to adults with learning disabilities in the South Down area.
