Ruth-Ann joined Cedar in April 2026 as Director of Living Options.  Ruth-Ann holds a BA in Social Work Studies and a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work. She has also completed an ILM 7 in Leadership and Management.

Ruth-Ann previously worked in the statutory sector before moving to the voluntary and community sector in 2014 in various senior management roles. She has extensive experience managing services for children, young people and adults.
