Individuals & Families We support people with a range of disabilities that include; brain injury, physical and sensory disability, learning disability, autism, and mental health conditions. Services support disabled people to access employment and education, connect with the community, or live more independently. We aim to provide person-centred support that is tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and preferences.They are delivered throughout Northern Ireland and underpinned by our values. Eligibility depends on the individual service and the type of support required. A service may only operate within certain locations or areas. Access can also vary with regards to the different kinds of referral pathways, such as self-referral, health or social care professionals, or partner organisations. Work and Learn Our employability and skills services offer personalised support to individuals with disabilities at different stages in their employment journey ranging from transitions and skills development to finding and sustaining employment. Connect (Adults) Community inclusion services support individuals with disabilities to develop independence, social confidence and build skills to live the life they choose. Connect (Kids) Children and young people community inclusion services support individuals with disabilities to thrive, by developing social connections and future planning, whilst providing early support for parents and carers. Live Our Living options service provides a variety of accommodation options and support services suited to adults with disability based on individual need.
