Jillian joined Cedar in October 2025 as Interim Director of Living Options. She has a wide range of experience in health and social care in both statutory and third sector organisations.

Jillian has a MA Leading Innovation and change and came to Northern Ireland to lead service improvement for the Department of Health. She then moved to the community and voluntary sector and has been a senior manager in a range of different health related charities for the past 18 years.
