It says Mission Christmas Cash for kids 2023.Christmas is fast approaching and Cedar’s Youth Matters and Financial Well-Being Teams are working hard to support Cool FM Cash for Kids Mission Christmas 2023. They have spread the word across the entire organisation about the drive to make a difference to local families and change a child’s Christmas by helping make sure there’s a gift they will love under the tree this Christmas morning. Cedar has been concentrating on gifts for young people with disabilities and gifts for teenagers as these were the areas last year with the least amount of donations

Staff have been donating new, unwrapped gifts Cedar sites. In addition a team are Volunteering at the Cash for Kids Warehouse. Tasks will include selecting gifts for specific age groups and putting them together into bundles for each individual child that is being supported! Others have been supporting Cash4Kids with a financial donation paid directly so they can buy gifts where there are gaps in donations. You can too:

Support Mission Christmas

What is Mission Christmas?

"Mission Christmas supported 13,516 children last year, being part of that was a huge privilege. Community Inclusion staff and family members spent the day organising and packing gifts for young people which was fun and a great team building opportunity. Each of us had a moment when it hit us why we were there, when we thought of those children who could wake up with nothing under the tree on Christmas Morning and that was very humbling."
