Karuna

Heather Wright, Registered Manager of Karuna, said:

'Karuna' means caring with compassion and it is at the heart of everything we do. Karuna has an overall low staff turnover with a number of staff in post including the registered manager for 20 years plus which only strengthens the trust, relationships and continuity of care of the residents.

It is evident to see that staff in the home genuinely care about and listen to the residents with staff all working together to learn the skills to deliver the best practice possible."

Finalist for Ancillary Care Worker of the Year Award -

Noreen Stephenson - Housekeeper

Noreen is an indispensable asset to Karuna Home, consistently demonstrating dedication, compassion, and a commitment to the well-being of residents and staff.

Noreen received Highly Commended Award in this category WELL DONE (Awards Pic NS)
