ARROW groups take place across the Southern Trust. Every week in Portadown, Armagh, Dungannon and Newry, participants come together to share stories, laughter and creativity over tea, coffee and biscuits. From crafts and cooking to art therapy, Boccia, Tai Chi and chair yoga, these sessions help build confidence, strengthen cognitive and physical skills, and foster meaningful friendships. We also work with many partner organisations to deliver workshops on mental health, personal safety and healthy living, plus so much more. The ARROW groups are fundamental to what we do here at Cedar, creating a supportive environment and developing connections for people with Acquired Brain Injury.
