ABI Week: Ania rekindles love for photography with Inclusion Works As we focus on Action for Brain Injury (ABI) Week for the coming days, we’re highlighting some of the activities that allow our service users to experience what their lives are like ‘on a good day’. For one of our service users, Ania Wetton, ‘a good day’ means falling love all over again with her passion of photography. Ania joined Cedar’s Inclusion Works programme almost three years ago, in July 2022. She was initially drawn to the programme because it allowed her to engage within the community in various ways - including by helping her attend a selection of different courses and groups. In particular, Ania says that Inclusion Works helped her rekindle her love for photography. She told us: “My real passion is photography, and my Case Officer found a local photography club that I could join. I love getting out and about and taking photographs of the beautiful Northern Ireland scenery.” This experience has stood with Ania, and she jokes that she now has “quite a collection of photographs” If you would like to find out more about the Inclusion Works service please visit the dedicated page Inclusion Works | The Cedar Foundation.
